• Expand our reach with the Gospel through the local church by stirring up passion for the lost and trusting God for specific inroads into the harvest in those communities.
• Exemplify the Kingdom of God through biblical equality within our ministry family, the Body of Christ and the unredeemed world.
• Intentionally identify, invest in, and develop “NEX-GEN” ministry leaders and position them to fulfill their Kingdom callings.
• Delegate ministry “team” touches for broader ministry family involvement, support and impact.

“Rather than living in the apprehension of uncertainty, and fear of the future unknowns; live with wide-eyed expectation. Live with the hope and the joy of seeing the unfolding of God’s ordained plan. You will see and experience the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. “Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 This is the mindset.
