Mission Work in Paraguay
Angel and Malia and their children Cruz, Lucy, Paz and Levi have served in Paraguay since 2005. Initially they worked in a Christian school and in church planting but in 2008, Angel found his calling to minister to inmates inside of the Tacumbu prison. Angel is the prison ministries Bible teacher and Reentry director. The focus behind bars is to prepare men for leadership while incarcerated and to prepare them to return to society to live the rest of their lives as free men redeemed by Christ. Angel is also the Paraguayan representative of ILI (International Leadership Institute). He engages in teaching conferences occurring both inside of the prison and in local churches.
